Gold or silver? Never ask a yes-or-no question

Give two options where both answers are a purchase.

Don't ask: "Would you like to buy one of the packages?" That's a yes-or-no. And no is always an option.

Ask this instead: "Gold or silver. Which one fits you best?" Now both answers are a purchase.

One rule: never more than two options in conversation. Three is the maximum in a written proposal. More than that, and people freeze.
